At every event for which I am hired.......

I am constantly on-the-move looking to capture the magical moments of your event.  My approach is to take photos which are a mixture of candid, posed, specific details that make your occasion unique, and overviews which provide a macro-perspective.

There are no limits on the number of pictures that I take. It depends on the specifics of your event. (length of time, type of event, number of guests, amount/type of activities) You will typically receive 75 to 150 edited images for each hour of your event.

MY GOAL IS FOR YOU TO BE PROVIDED BEAUTIFUL PICTURES AND HAVE AN EASY AND WORRY-FREE EXPERIENCE WITH ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER.

  • I quote you a price based on length of time that you request I am photographing your event and the event location.  THAT IS ALL YOU WILL PAY.  There are no additional/hidden fees or charges.   
     

  • I do not require you to sign a contract or make a deposit.
     

  • Upon being "hired", I send you a Confirmation Email with all relevant details, payment terms, etc.
     

  • At any time before your event, you may request an earlier-than-planned start.  Also, during your event, you may request that I stay longer than originally planned.  I am happy to accommodate these requests if my schedule allows.  

    Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate (pro-rated for partial hours) that will be stated in your Confirmation Email. 
     

  • You can call me at any time to prior to your event date with questions or changes.
     

  • A few days prior to your event, I will reconfirm date, time, and location.  This also lets you know I didn't forget about you (as most events are booked many months in advance.)  
     

  • I do not sell prints or photo-books.  Thus, I do not offer "packages".  You are paying for my time to photograph your event.

    At the end of the event, full-payment is due, as was detailed in your Confirmation Email.
     

  • Within 48 hours (though often within 24 hours), I edit your photos (which consists of selection, cropping, and minor corrections), host the photos on my Dropbox.com account, and provide you with a secure link (to only your photos) .  With this link, you can easily view and get your photos.  (You do NOT need to have your own Dropbox account.)  You can also share the provided link with family and friends.  Anyone who has the link can access the photos as you do.

  • You are free to distribute or use your photos WITH NO RESTRICTIONS OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES!  You may use any printing service you like for prints, photo-books, etc (ex: Shutterfly, Snapfish, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, etc).  You can also share your photos with family and friends via email and social media.   YOU OWN THE PHOTOS!
